Why did we spend in excess of £15,000 for a camera ?
Here's why. We took three photographs of the same subject and incorporated a resolution chart to show the quality of the Hasselblad camera and lens that we use at weddings.
When looking at the pictures and reading the resolution chart you are looking for clear and sharp definition between the lines and spaces. The Hasselblad which we use clearly shows a superior quality and higher definition than the other two examples.
The Canon 5D is still a good camera and may be used by us as back up and typical of the quality used by other professional photographers. The canon G7 is not a camera which we would use at a wedding, but is typical of a 10 megapixel compact camera which might be used by friends and relatives.
